That is why these following drills may sound very simple, but to get the most out of them you have to do them with full focus and with game-intensity.
Go through them in a circuit, spend 5-10 minutes on each, or go through them however you like- the point is to get the reps in with full focus.
Pass and Trap the Ball on the Ground
