Here at The Art of Football we offer a training program that aligns very strongly with nature. We are part of nature and working with the laws of nature, instead of against them, will directly improve various aspects of your life such as athleticism, mindset, and mitochondrial function which all indirectly affect your soccer talent. My name is Daniel Pena, founder of the Art of Football, and I’ve been playing soccer ever since I can remember. I’ve always been a decent player, but it wasn’t until I made some drastic changes to my trainings and lifestyle routines, through years of studying, researching, and experimenting, that I began to experience exponential results like never before.

My goal now is to share all of the knowledge and information I’ve gathered through the years with players so that they do not have to waste time getting injured and training the wrong things like I did when I was a younger player. How do the in-person and online training programs differ?

The in-person and online training programs offer basically the same things except for the online version we will be doing weekly zoom calls instead of meeting in-person.

Can’t I learn all of this on Youtube?

You can learn anything you want on youtube, including a lot of the things I will teach you, but the problem is you don’t know what you are really looking for and it will take much more time going through tons of videos. You will save a lot more time, energy, and have a clear plan as to what you can be doing to improve as a footballer right now, not just guessing.

How long do I get access to the program and when does it start?

You get access to the program as soon as you sign up and you stay inside for as long as we set our terms too during any of our client calls.
