“So far the training has helped me feel better on my feet and with the ball. Meaning moving with the ball more comfortably and confidently as well, sort of getting into that flow state we talk about. Another thing the training had helped me with is learning different turns i can do in the mid when receiving the ball, as well as getting into the habit of lifting my head up and checking my shoulders. I feel like its also made my movement quicker in general and decision making with the ball. And yes i definitely do feel lighter on my feet and just more comfortable in general.”
